Montsablé, Reserve Chardonnay, IGP Haute Vallée de L'Aude, Limoux, France
The floral aromas and white peach flavours are complemented by vanilla, toasty notes, a lovely creamy texture and mineral tones through to a classy finish. Ideal with richly flavoured fish dishes, langoustines, lobster, trout or salmon, rich enough to handle creamy sauces.
Circle of Life White, WO StellenboscH
A fine and seamless blend of 3 classic white grapes. Sauvignon Blanc aromas are prominent on the nose, with lime and prickly pear notes. A tight mineral core and creamy mid palate from the Chenin Blanc gives complexity and a persistent finish while a small proportion of Semillon adds texture and depth. Try with Sashimi of Tuna, smoked potato gnocchi or red snapper.

Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry plus a rich, round palate of red berry fruit are complemented by toasty, vanilla notes that bring a touch of spice to the finish. Beautiful drinking on its own or with game, robust fish or slow cooked stews.
Maison Denuzière, Ventoux Rouge, Les Beaux Brins AOP, Southern Rhône, France
A deep and brilliant ruby colour. This very approachable Ventoux has a fresh, complex and expressive nose of cherries and gooseberries. A sensuous mouth accompanied by silky tannins. The wine is well balanced with a very enjoyable fresh finish to it. Great companion for pork tenderloins with plums, risotto with wild mushrooms.
Circle of Life Red, WO Stellenbosch
A harmonious blend that combines the spiciness of Syrah, the ripe, youthful fruits of Petit Verdot and the juiciness from Cabernet Franc. The beginning is fresh and full of fruit with good acidity, evolving into riper flavours with lightly spicy notes. Elegant tannins and fine, bright acid on the finish. This very versatile wine will complement numerous dishes from a tomato based stew to meat on the bone.
The nose has rich plum and bramble characters, with delicate vanilla spice and cedar. The palate has layers of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, spicy plum and cherry, and fine tannins balanced by bright acidity. A juicy and generous glass well-suited to those who like their wines on the hedonistic side. Hearty meat and vegetable stews, roast pork.
