FEUDO MACCARI OLLI GRILLO, SICILIA DOC
Fresh and lightly honeyed on the nose with nutty notes and hints of citrus peel. The palate is complex with a touch of mandarin, stone fruit, and white spice on the textured mid-palate. A subtle and multi-layered wine with immediately appealing freshness.

Cloud Cuckoo Land is an imaginary state of absurd over optimism – something that all those at Wild & Wilder are often accused of. Indeed, not so long ago, if they had said that we wanted to make high quality, low intervention wines made from Mediterranean varieties in the Riverland, Cloud Cuckoo land is exactly where people would have said that they lived! But, they believe that anything is possible if you don’t see the obstacles, you challenge the “received wisdom” and resist the naysayers. Cloud Cuckoo Land is for everyone who feels the same. A vibrant, textural white with hints of almond blossom, quince and ripe pear. Tangy, almost exotic but pithy and delicious.
CHÂTEAU L’ERMITAGE ROSÉ ‘AUZAN’, COSTIÈRES DE NÎMES
Intense, bright and ripe raspberry Grenache fruit balanced by peppery, savoury characters from the Syrah and Mourvèdre. Generous but properly balanced and underpinned with smooth, ripe tannins.

Aromas of red bramble fruits and woodland herbs The palate has mature raspberry, blackberry and redcurrant fruit, juicy acidity and supple tannins. Enjoy with grilled or barbecued meats, or hearty vegetarian sausages.
STRANGE KOMPANJIE CINSAULT
The nose is alluringly bright with aromas of fresh strawberry, juicy cherry and crunchy red fruit. The palate reflects these with vibrant, tangy berry fruit, fresh acidity and gently mineral notes which marry together with delicate finesse. Great lightly chilled with Mediterranean dishes, chargrilled veg, pan fried shrimp or Asian inspired dishes.
LARRY CHERUBINO 'APOSTROPHE' POSSESSIVE REDS
The red Apostrophe of Larry Cherubino's new range, The Possessive Reds is a delicious blend of Counoise 42%, Grenache 32%, Shiraz 26%. The hand picked fruit was aged in new and one year old oak for 6-8 months. Bright red berry fruits on the nose, quite floral- hints of roses, and is perfumed with pepper, spice and a touch of oak. They have deliberately not gone for big extraction and so the fruit is really bright and juicy. Sweet cherry, plum and berry with hints of morello cherry and cassis, spice, white pepper and just a hint of oak. Lovely mouthful of wine and a versatile food wine. Best served lightly chilled we think!
