It's the third release of Wildflower Gin from the Cotswolds Distillery! Each of these expressions (it's well worth checking out No.1 and No.2, they're both great as well) take inspiration from the grasslands of the Cotswolds, though each one features a different selection of botanicals. For No.3, the team has used the likes of yarrow, mint, genepi, and a host of secret botanicals to evoke the aromas of summer meadows. Gloriously fragrant and tasty, this.
