Bottle notes
Well-rounded cherry red, visually clean and brilliant. Highly complex with bags of red fruit, specifically red cherry, and cranberry. Very expressive of Mencia with soft, integrated tannins and refreshing acidity.
From 50-year-old vines at 330m altitude the grapes are manual harvested before being brought into the winery. Fermentation is controlled at temperatures between 22 and 28 degrees to maintain the aromatic quality of the wine. The wine then matures is stainless steel before being bottled and released.
