Great aromas of white peach, apple, chamomile flowers and a hint of honey.
On the palate it is sapid, fresh, and persistent; soft and very satisfying in the mouth, it finishes with a touch of smoky minerality.
Ideal with fish in general but also more complex pasta dishes and courses with white sauces. Great with medium aged cheeses.
