Chapoutier Luberon La Ciboise BLANC
The vineyards that produce the grapes are situated in the Luberon Regional Nature Park, one of the most sun-drenched regions of France with an average of about 2,600 hours of sun per year. The wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Ugni Blanc and Roussanne, mostly grown on clay and sand soils. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees and no malolactic fermentation is carried out. Pale green with yellow tints; with aromas of white blossom, lemon and grapefruit; backed by smoky notes on the refreshing minerally finish.
