We believe that Cave Oedoria, which is a collaboration of two of the best co-ops in the area who make first-class wine - better than many ‘estate’ wines will delivery on another outstanding Beaujolais Nouveau.

We understand Beaujolais Nouveau isn't everyone's cup of tea, but for us, this is one of the best and something we enjoy drinking, limited supply again this year.

Description

With a deep, purplish garnet colour, the nose is aromatic and intense, the palate is supple and persistent. This Beaujolais Nouveau expresses concentrated aromas of cassis and red fruits. Its fruity and freshness reveal themselves with a particular richness and concentration.

Food Pairings

Very enjoyable on its own, but with cold meats and cheese, salmon or fruit desserts such as strawberries and cream (Pour a little Beaujolais over the strawberries for something extra special)
