Domaine Alexandre is a family business that has been passed down for more than three generations. Today Guy and Olivier operate the 12 hectares of the estate located in the heart of the Chablis region. The vines are located in the communes of Beines, La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, Lignorelles and Villy. They are worked with the greatest care, and the yields are controlled in order to produce wines of great expression. From the harvest, the grapes are treated with the greatest respect, pneumatic pressing, static settling (elimination of coarse particles) then fermentation in enamelled steel vats. Bottling is carried out exclusively at the estate, in compliance with all the hygiene rules related to the marketing of wine. The bottles are then stored in an air-conditioned cellar.
