Bottle Notes

With selected yeasts, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C (59 ° F) for 30 days. Then matured for 7 months with stirring in stainless steel barrels, after which it is bottled.

WINE INFO: grapes are picked and collected in trays, stored in a cold room at 0 ° C (32 ° F) 5-10 days, stems removed and gently crushed without oxygen. The yield is about 50%.
