Bottle Notes

Peique is a family winery in Valtuille de Abajo, in Bierzo, that carefully cultivates vineyards and produces wines from the tradition that has been passed down through three generations. Peique is the name of their wines and a way of life that they have created with the land as the essence. They value family and have worked hard to learn how to cultivate their vineyard. These wines are made with affection and humility, and are a faithful and honest reflection of the Bierzo landscape.

Notes

Straw in colour with greenish highlights. This intense candid white evokes tropical fruits scents on the nose. Buttery, crisp and pleasing on the palate, with a delicate finish. Fresh and genuine.

Pre-fermentation maceration: 6 – 7 hours at 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation: 10 days. Ageing: In tanks, breeding on fine lees for 5 months.
