With ripe aromas of pear and citrus blossom, this dry yet textural gris will be a great match with Asian cuisine and anything with a gentle lick of chilli heat. Go long.

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "It's delicately fragrant on the nose showing white flesh stone fruit, poached pear, oatmeal and lemon zest aromas, leading to a succulent palate offering pristine fruit flavours with fine flow and bright acidity. Beautifully textured and elegantly expressed. At its best: now to 2038."

Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews writes "Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is gently full, lifted and perfumed with aromas of crunchy Nashi pear, citrus peels and blossom. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear, apple skins and lemon rind melded with pear blossom and five-spice. The palate is pristine, crisp, and lightly oily with subtle apple skin texture and citrus oil; supported by refreshing acidity and brings a spicy finish. This dry Pinot Gris with flavours of crunchy pear, blossom and spice linger to linearity. Match with pulled pork tacos and sardines over the next 3-4 years."

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Precise, pure, ripe and varietal bouquet with scents of quince and red pear, apple and white spice, a fine wet stone mineral quality and fine lees complexity. A silky texture touches the palate first followed by a core palate of pear and white nectarine flavours. A touch of white spice and fine lees along with acidity layer in a lovely mouthfeel and finish. A delicious wine with best drinking from 2022 through 2026+. Fantastic value!"
