Lives up to its name! Chock-a-block full of peppery spice, from grapes picked a little later than ususal to give a richer, more intense style of Gruner. Dry, with aromas of ripe fruits, zesty citrus and the aforementioned pepper combine with a dry, full palate of apple citrus and....yes....pepper! A delicious wine with great presence.
A nice dry, fruity Riesling. She is called Austrian Peach because she has the fragrance of a peach garden on a warm summer day. As innocent and sweet as the peach may be, take care – she just might bewitch you.
A blend of Verdejo, Macabeo & Sauvignon. Crisp & dry, bright straw yellow wine. Vibrant fresh but intense pear, peach flavours with citrus fruit and a hint of grapefruit. Quite floral and aromatic.
In the mid-20th century, Semillon was the most planted grape in Bordeaux, but it's been in constant decline.
Whilst the vast proportion of land is now dedicated to red grapes, the white wines are some of the most underrated and often represent good value for money. Fleshy and round, this shows an attractive citrus character, accented by white blossom and yellow plum.
This crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc boasts generous aromas of green fruits including Granny Smith apples that interplay with white fruits such as Asian pears and white peaches in a perfect fruit-acid balance. A fresh lemongrass mouthfeel with subtle minerality is rounded off by a soft creaminess in the long finish due to extended lees contact.
Enjoy this perfect summer wine with spicy cucumber & lime granite oysters, goat’s cheese tartlets with caramelised onions or roast leg of lamb with rosemary, harissa and garlic.
NOSE: An elegant, perfumed example of Chenin Blanc with symphonic notes of white peaches, orange zest, jasmine, citrus, freshly cut Granny Smith apple, white flowers and a whiff of river pebbles. Hints of buttered toast and the faintest expression of oak.
PALATE: Medium bodied with zingy acidity. On the palate pear, quince, honeysuckle, peach with lingering FLAVOURS of honeydew melon, persimmon and fresh ginger.
Òlbia is born from a blend of Macabeo and Grenache Blanc, with a touch of Pedro Ximénez.
White grapes are scarce in the Priorat region, and so production of this wine is very limited, with only 800 to 1200 bottles produced each season.
The wine’s best features are its subtle aromas, not to mention its balance and mouthfeel. With strong notes of sweet pear and chamomile blossom and undertones of golden apple syrup, this wine evokes the warmth of the terroir. It is aged for six months in French oak barrels.

Calmel & Joseph Villa Blanche Grenache Rose is a pretty pale pink & the nose presents a bouquet of white flowers and roses followed by the freshness of aniseed and mint. Deliciously supple, fruity and refreshing in the mouth, like biting into a fresh peach, with apricot, a touch of delicately lemony citrus notes and grenadine. A pure delight but also a fully-fledged wine capable of accompanying a me with poise.

Champagne & Sparkling:
This wine has a lower 'Dosage' and spends an extra year aging on the lees compared to the normal Piper Heidsieck, giving it a more refined, drier and 'toastier' flavour.
This wine is pale gold in colour. On the nose, there are aromas of fresh apples, almonds and crisp citrus notes. The palate seamlessly blends rich fruit cake with hints of nuts and a touch of salinity. It is a crisp and refreshing wine with fresh citrus on the long finish.
This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, from Louis Roederer’s owned Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. It's based on the 2017 vintage, with the addition of special reserve wines held in oak and steel. These have been chosen to add complexity and depth, but also freshness. It's been aged on the lees for at least three years, giving Collection 242 incredible elegance, with a silk-like mousse and notes of red apple and yellow plum. It shows remarkable purity of fruit, with floral highlights and a delicious pain au raisin character. But, as with all of Louis Roederer cuvées, it has an electric chalky freshness which extends the enjoyment of this magnificent multi-vintage cuvée. Drink now to 2030.

Grape variety, 100% Muscat
A naturally sweet medium bodied wine made from very ripe, raisined muscat grapes. The wine is aged in the traditional solera system for 5 years giving it a beautiful pale amber colour with reflections of mahogany and gold.
The nose is intense with notes of grapes, marmalade and orange blossom. The palate is sweet and well balanced with floral flavours, orange and golden syrup.
A perfect match for blue cheeses and most desserts.
How to serve:
Fonseca LBV is the perfect finish to any meal. It benefits from being decanted and is excellent with fully flavoured cheeses, especially blue cheeses such as Stilton or Roquefort. It is also delicious with desserts made with chocolate or berry fruits.
Tawny Port from the fabulous Fonseca collection - well worth a look if you're after a good value-for-money Port. Oodles of rich stewed plum and dark berry notes throughout.
