Beaujolais Nouveau Day!
It's the third Thursday in November, which means the launch of 2025 Beaujolais Nouveau!
We have secured a parcel from the fab Oedoria Coeur D'Autonme & Domaine de la Madone Beaujolais Nouveau 2025.
We're excited to try them both, 2025 was a dry and warm vintage and was harvested earlier than usual (much of it in August). We are expecting good ripeness and concentration, I'll be popping some in the fridge (my preferred way of drinking young Beaujolais).

Les Trois Vallons Coeur D'Automne Beaujolais Nouveau 2025
Deep, purplish garnet colour, the nose is aromatic and intense. Concentrated aromas of cassis and red fruits. Very enjoyable on its own, but with cold meats and cheese, salmon or fruit desserts such as strawberries and cream (Pour a little Beaujolais over the strawberries for something extra special!)
