The Flötzinger brewery is the oldest brewery in Rosenheim and the only remaining private brewery. The brewery has developed from a small brewery into a healthy craft business that has successfully asserted itself as a regional private brewery in the competitive beer market.
The cult beer for generations. The taste is full-bodied with a mild hop note and pronounced malt aroma. High-quality Bavarian malt, hops from Hallertau, the best aroma hops from Tettnang on Lake Constance and the gentle fermentation give the Flötzinger Hell its unique taste. A beer with a mild personality.
Tasting Notes
They say it has ‘a mild personality’, but I prefer to call it rudely gorgeous. It pours pale golden and bright, and has a flowery nose to it, whilst delivering all the biscuity notes you could to expect of this beer style.
