An elegant Saké based spritz made from premium Junmai from Tochigi, Japan. Infused with pure yuzu juice and yuzu peel extract. The brightness is offset by pear juice which provides just enough body but without any overpowering sweetness typical of ready to drink cocktails. Only 80 calories per bottle, no added sugars, no added sulphites, gluten free, vegan friendly & made in the UK
The core ingredients are pure yuzu juice and premium Junmai Saké from Tochigi. An hour by bullet train from Tokyo, Tochigi is surrounded by the Nikko Mountain range. The melted snow merges into its three main rivers.
Enjoy it chilled straight from the bottle or in a glass of your choice. As the product is gently balanced, we do not recommend adding ice.
