Alcohol-free kombucha based on Nordic flavours and ingredients. The products use a double fermentation process based on Kombucha, which naturally removes alcohol and gives a vinous aromatic acidity, just like that found in classic cava. Hidcote Blue has a golden colour and a scent of lavender, ginger, peach and mashed yellow apples. The taste is dominated by ginger and oxidized apples with a mild acidity. A vinous acidity and fine bubbles that make it a delicate alternative to cava.
