Description
The primary offering from the Eigashima distillery, "Akashi Blend," is a whisky composition consisting of 20% malted barley. It undergoes a three-year aging process in American oak casks, resulting in a light and harmoniously balanced character. Notably, Akashi Blend was awarded the gold medal at the 2016 International Spirits Challenge, recognizing its exceptional quality and flavour profile.
