Born in Mexico. Raised in California. This simple serve is all about the balance of fresh-pressed lime and Agave - we've added a touch of chilli to give it an added kick.

History

The origins of the classic Margarita, meaning ‘daisy flower’ in Spanish, are difficult to trace but there is no debate about who created the infamous Tommy’s Margarita. Tommy’s Restaurant, San Francisco, 1988 - the self-proclaimed “premier tequila bar on earth”. Julio Bermejo, son of Tommy replaced the Triple Sec in the classic serve with the natural honeyed flavour of Agave and the rest, as they say, was history. 

We’ve brought in a touch of chilli to make this modern classic cocktail our own.

How to serve

After the delivery driver arrives, get the bottle straight in the fridge. When you can’t wait any longer, pop the cap, pour over plenty of ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a wedge of lime or a chilli top. There are 5 x 100ml serves per bottle.
