The 2018 vintage Quince Eau de Vie from Cotswolds-based Capreolus. A whole 25kg of fruit is distilled to yield just one litre of eau de vie, so it's no wonder it was a limited batch of 194 bottles, full of fruity goodness.
Tasting Note
Some herbaceous notes among apple and pear, a prickle of spice and a floral bouquet, with a dry finish.
