This expression shows clean notes of green apples, coconut biscuits, oat cakes and wildflower honey. A classic maturation and finish in ex-Bourbon barrels housed at Clonakilty’s Atlantic warehouse offers aromas of raspberry and baked green apples leading to flavours of rich raisin with notes of ginger spice and hints of elderberry on the finish.
