Gelston's has gone and released a Single Pot Still expression! The Irish whiskey is distilled from a blend of both malted and unmalted barley, and matured solely in bourbon casks. There's lots of citrus and biscuit notes to be found in this one!
Tasting Note
Nose: Lemon shortbread and candied peels.
Palate: Super nutty, with oily walnut, notes of grist and chocolate bourbon biscuits.
Finish: Chocolate porridge, rolled oats and orange oil.
