The Capreolus distillery brings you a Mulberry barrel aged version of their wonderful Garden Swift Gin! Released as single barrel batches, the mulberry wood imparts a delicate sweetness and discreet tannins to the recipe, which features 34 ingredients. This would be a wonderful addition to a Negroni.
Tasting Note
Nose: Earthy juniper, cherry pits, almonds, bright orange oil cuts through the richness.
Palate: Waves of orchard fruit and ripe berries, with floral hints of lavender and citrus blossom in the background.
Finish: A whisper of spicy oak lingers.
