This is the entry level expression from the House of Léopold Gourmel, who don't use any chemicals or pesticides when growing their grapes. Also noteworthy is their use of un-toasted casks for the ageing of their spirit, resulting in a Cognac with plenty of character.
Tasting Note
Nose: Bright, light, elegant fruit - think green apple and white peach.
Palate: More green apple slices, drizzled in light honey.
Finish: Sweet notes of vanilla.
