Mango Bay Rum bursts onto the scene as an exciting launch from master maker and blender J. Arthur Rackham, bringing energy and vibrancy to the world of premium Mauritian rum.
This exceptional creation combines 50% VS and 25% VSOP molasses rums matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks with 25% pure cane juice rum aged in French oak, resulting in a spirit of remarkable depth and character. Free from colourings and additives, it showcases authenticity and craftsmanship in every drop.
On the nose it delivers a lively bouquet of tropical fruit, rich molasses and subtle sherry sweetness, while the palate is indulgent and layered, opening with notes of ripe mango, caramel and oak before evolving into hints of dried fruit, spice and smooth vanilla. The finish is long, warming and beautifully balanced, leaving a lasting impression of fruit and gentle wood.
