Award winning Damson Negroni is made with a special blend of Vermouths, Wye Valley Gin infused with ripe damsons from just up the road and Campari. Serve over ice with orange for the perfect cocktail balance of bitter and sweet. As Orson Welles said "The bitters are excellent for your liver, the gin is bad for you. They balance each other.” He never tried it with damsons though.
