Lyme Bay Bacchus
Lyme Bay Bacchus
Bottle notes
A classic expression of Bacchus with fresh notes of lychee & apple, and distinct English hedgerow character.
Bacchus blend included fruit from Devon and Essex, highlighting the best of East and West. Hand harvested between the 27th of September and the 4th of October 2023. Each parcel of fruit was fermented in individual lots at temperatures ranging from 12°C to 17°C, with specially selected yeast strains to help enhance our house style of Bacchus. After racking, the wines were selected and blended, then left to rest on fine leaves for several months before final filtration and bottling.
