Atlantic Galician Massimo Mencia

Bottle notes

Massimo is a magnificent young red wine, protected under the umbrella of the designation of origin Ribeira Sacra.

From vineyards that were passed generation after generation until we reached ours, centenary terraces located in the Ribeira de Vilacha which are taken care of as in the past looking for the highest quality. Massimo is made with the varieties Mencía and Sousón.

In visual phase it is red cherry and violet trim, elegant in appearance. It is medium layer high, with touches of red, tropical fruits and complex aromas of fine lees. It is silky and balanced in its taste phase.

Selection of grapes in the vineyard itself, made in stainless steel deposit. at controlled temperature, 13th alcoholic grade, consumption temperature 16o/18o C. Our vineyards are in areas of slate origin on mother rockgranite, rainfall is scarce (between 750/1100mm per year) these are concentrated in the winter months and the average annual temperatures range between 13o-14oC.
