The predominantly Tempranillo grapes are sourced from 12 ha of vineyard around Vierlas. Average age of the vines is 10 years.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel for 15 days, then
aged for 9 months in French and American oak. It then spends a further
12 months in bottle before release. Drink with roast pork or chicken dishes, or bean casserole.
