The PAS DE NOM RED 2016 has a dark, rich red colour. Upfront notes of black cherry and liquorice with underlying hints of a slightly leafy earthiness. The ripe, dark fruit flavours follow seamlessly onto the beautifully rich and structured palate. The wine has excellent texture and mouthfeel; and although being quite full, dense and vibrant it is well balanced by an elegant line of freshness and juicy tannins. Drink now to 2020.
