Benoit Badoz Pupillin Pinot Noir
Benoit Badoz Pupillin Pinot Noir
Bottle notes
The mountains and forests of the Jura, in Eastern France, enjoy a relatively unknown status in the eyes of the British, as do their unique wines that have been crafted using a number of unique grapes, heritage, and flavours.
Caviste has shipped an enviable range of wines from Benoit Badoz including Crémant, Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille and a range of dry whites (Savagnin & Chardonnay) and reds (Trousseau & Pinot Noir).
These wines need to be tasted! Especially alongside foods similar to those of the region: charcuterie, Comté cheese, and game dishes.
Tasting notes
Made from Pinot Noir grapes, this cuvée, aged in stainless steel tanks, is perfect to accompany your meal from aperitif to cheese.
Its beautiful ruby colour will seduce you, its delicate and seductive nose with aromas of red fruit will charm you. A well-rounded, slightly structured red wine, perfectly enjoyable as it should be!
