Bottle notes 

Obtained in purity from Pignoletto grapes grown in the vineyards north of Modena. The pressed grapes are cooled with the skins at a low temperature for about 24-36 hours. After the second Charmat-type fermentation of about 20-25 days, the new sparkling wine continues to refine on its fermentation yeasts for another 4-5 weeks. 

A pleasantly fresh white sparkling wine, with a fine and elegant taste, dry with a long finish of floral sensations. Medium-bodied, Intense, Fruity

Pale straw yellow colour; creamy pure white mousse; refined and persistent perlage; aroma with hints of white flowers and jasmine; dry, mellow flavour with a persistent finish of floral sensations.
