The 2015 Vintage is distinguished by its freshness and aromatic complexity, where fruity, brioche and spicy notes are delicately mixed. Its uniqueness lies in its long aging in the cellar and its blend exclusively composed of Chardonnay. This exceptional champagne offers a unique tasting experience. Manual harvest.

Our 2015 Vintage is composed exclusively of Chardonnay, from the Champagne lands, coming only from the 2015 harvest. Only a part of the juice of the first press, called "cuvée heart" is used for its preparation. Extra-raw dosage (3g/L) to let the natural aromas of the wine express themselves. Maturation time: 9 years.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Intense and bright gold colour.

Nose: Endowed with a great aromatic richness, the first nose generously reveals chiselled perfumes, or citrus confits such as lemon and clementine. The second nose evolves with greedy pastry and brioche touches.

Mouth: The mouth is fresh, marked by the presence of delicate and fine bubbles.

Our 2015 Vintage is distinguished by exotic fruit aromas, where pineapple and mango predominate. At the end of the tasting, spicy notes intensify the complexity of this vintage. The mouth is structured, it stands out for its intensity, its power, its aromatic richness.

Proposals for food and wine pairings

Our 2015 Vintage is appreciable from the aperitif. It goes perfectly with shellfish and crustaceans. It delicately accompanies a poultry supreme, forest sauce and a roast veal rack with herbs. To conclude with a sweet touch, it goes perfectly with an exotic fruit dessert: mango, coconut passion fruit, offering a refreshing and elegant end of a meal.
