White maceration wine made from Gewurztraminer (90%) and Riesling 10%.
Tasting notes
Nose with typical aromas of lychee and roses, while the palate surprises with its substance, dry character and length. Natural vinification with minimal addition of sulphites at bottling, unfiltered wine with natural deposit.
Food pairing
Goes perfectly with spicy dishes or cheeses such as Comté, Stilton, etc.
