Chateau Biac dates back to the 17th Century with a long tradition and established reputation for making outstanding wines. This reputation has been enhanced and improved ever since the Asseily family bought the estate in 2006. Tony and Youmna have undertaken extensive works in the vineyards and winery which is paying dividends in the wonderful wines they produce.
Tasting Notes
November 2014
Colour: Golden, lively straw yellow.
Nose: Spiced nose, delicate aromas of vanilla, cinnamon.
Palate: Generous and round on the palate, bitter orange aromas ending on quince jelly.

Residual sugar: 101gr/l
Ageing: 14 months in French oak barrels
