This wine develops intense aromas of small wild and sun-kissed fruits. The palate is round, with a clear and present structure. It shows very well with white meat, cold meat and various entry courses. Drink quickly after opening as no sulphites have been added to this wine.
Vines are run in the respect of environment. Harvested manually and at optimal maturity, grapes are maturated and the wine aged without sulphite addition. That aim is to produce the most natural wine. Maturing on lees was chosen for its antioxidant powers.
