Known once as Goulefaisan, Chateau La Tour-Marcillanet was built in the 14th century, directly west of Saint-Julien, but it was in the 18th century that it adopted is current appearance. In 1991, Marc and Claire Ponsar renovated the vineyards and Chateau.

A full-bodied Bordeaux from the Haut Medoc with notes of plum, cassis, mellow spices, and earthy undertones.
