Bottle notes
Château Nadal Hainaut was established in 1826 on an ancient monastery from the 12th century. It is a family-owned estate, located right in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon. The vineyard was built on a rich terroir between mountain and sea, made of Chalky-clay soil with river pebbles. A temperate climate stimulated by the powerful wind ‘tramontane’. Jean-Marie Nadal and his daughters Julie and Pauline are working harmoniously with nature, encouraging bio-diversity along with sustainable winemaking, resulting in a range of beautifully balanced Organic wines.
Aromas of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, cherry). With sweet spices and red fruits and roundness. A young wine, to be enjoyed slightly chilled.
