Highly aromatic wine with fresh zesty citrus and gooseberry flavours and mouthwatering acidity. With its chalky mineral finish this wine is very much made in the image of a Sancerre, but at half the price! Enjoy as an aperitif, or pair with roast chicken, seafood or goats cheese.
We recently enjoyed this with a chicken Caesar salad and it worked beautifully.
