Clos Cibonne Tibouren Tradition Rose
Clos Cibonne Tibouren Côtes de Provence Cru Classé Rosé
Bottle notes
Very interesting wine that is a little different from your typical Provence Rosé. In the bottle, seems like it’s a white wine and in character it’s a little similar a white Rhône blend. Made from the little known Tibouren grape (90%) and 10% Grenache, the colour is pinky orange in the glass with quite a light nose. But on the palate, there are great fruit flavours of peach and strawberry with a slight saltiness and waxy texture. Highly recommend if you want a slightly different and fuller flavoured Rosé. Partner with pork, poultry, and vegetarian food or with any snacks and appetisers in the summer months
This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards medium bodied, dry, with medium acidity, some fruitiness, low tannins, medium alcohol, and some oak.
