The Estate
In 1999, José Miguel Arambarri, from La Rioja, decided to rebuild his ancestors' business and to plant his first vineyard. Before long there would be
many more vineyards, wines and wineries with the incorporation of his sons, José Miguel and Ricardo, with a clear goal: to innovate the wine market.

Tasting Note and Food Pairing
Colour: Black cherry colour with deep violet edge. Nose: Aroma is complex and attractive, with black fruits, chocolate and fine French oak wood. Palate:
Fleshy and powerful, Acidity and tannins are nicely balanced and contribute to its character.

Winemaking
Fermentation and maceration during 4 weeks in 15,000 kg vats at 28C. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Ageing: 16 months in new French oak barrels.
