Fruity and well-rounded. Intense lemon-yellow colour with bright golden highlights, nice frank and typical nose of yellow fruit, quince paste, candied ginger, notes of cooked prunes, good balance on a full-bodied wine, fullness, freshness, envelope, nice character well signed with a mineral touch, good frank, straight and tense length.
The Domaine Corty covers 5 hectares and is the ideal reflection of our mountain vineyards: an average altitude of 300 metres and a southern exposure. Grapes are hand-picked when over-ripe after passerillage. Vinified according to tradition and then aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with foie gras, goat's cheese and pastries.
