Since inheriting Domaine du Pré Semelé from his father Rémy, Clement Rimbault, in partnership with his brother Julien, is a rising star of Sancerre. Fastidious, verging on obsessive, he is driven to make the very best Sancerre possible from his family's 20ha estate.
Domaine du Pré Semelé Sancerre Roséwine is a well-balanced, vinous rosé. Raspberry pink, this delicious rosé has fresh, fruity melon aromas. The palate is mineral, clean and impeccably balanced with flavours of redcurrants and a bright, crisp finish. Match with lovely seafood, grilled chicken, risotto and grilled goat's cheese salad.
