Pascal Fournillon owns 20 hectares of prime Chablis vineyards and has historically sold the majority of his production to negociants but is increasingly bottling more under his own label, and we are delighted that he does. His straight Chablis is our best-selling burgundy and we are lucky enough to get our hands on some of his wonderful 1er Cru wines which represent a step up in quality and complexity.
His wines are very classic, showing typical minerality and flintiness coupled with generous, ultra-fresh fruit which makes them broadly appealing and superb value for money.
