A blend of Viognier (40%), Roussanne (40%) and White Grenache (20%). 20
year old vines are planted in mixed soils of clay, limestone and round
pebbles. Grapes are mechanically harvested and vinification takes place
in temperature controlled stainless-steel tanks, with regular stirring
of the lees. The wine is matured in tank on its lees.
