The Estate
After having worked for 30 years on the family estate, Philippe Jaboulet (5th generation) and his son Vincent have decided to reconnect with the family’s creative spirit in the creation of Domaine Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet.
The Domaine produces Collines Rodaniennes, Crozes Hermitage, Ermitage et Cornas and is certified as having High Environmental Value.
Winemaking
The wine is made in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Maceration takes place for 3 weeks and then the wine is aged in concrete and wooden tanks for 18 months
Tasting Note and Food Pairing
Notes of black fruit with good depth.
Best after 4 to 5 years and pairs well with grilled meat and sauces.
