Tasting Notes
Bright aromas of raspberry and subtle rose lead into flavours of blackberry, cherry, and hints of espresso, sandalwood, and leather. Silky tannins and fresh, lemony acidity provide structure and balance, while a clean, persistent finish highlights the wine’s ageing potential.
Winemaking
After a year in once-used French oak barrels, the wine retains its freshness while gaining complexity and texture. Minimal intervention ensures the Pinot Noir expresses both the vineyard and vintage with clarity and precision.
