El Ninot De Paper Rose
El Ninot De Paper Rose
Bottle notes
Bodegas Murviedro was founded in Valencia in 1927, as the Spanish subsidiary of the Swiss Schenk Group, and has grown to become one of the most important wineries in the region
They have access to a wide range of both indigenous and international varieties, and produce a broad portfolio of wine styles. The company's philosophy is based on combining the modern winemaking techniques with grapes from traditional vineyards - to meet the highest international quality standards, while maintaining their Spanish character and originality.
Vinification
A careful selection of the best Bobal and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes is followed by a gentle pressing, and a short maceration on skins to give a delicate pink colour. The free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel for 20 - 25 days at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, using selected yeasts.
Tasting Notes
An appealing dry Rose with a delicate pink colour and fresh red fruit aromas. The palate has raspberry and redcurrant characters, with hints of citrus and a long and fruity finish.
An ideal accompaniment to rice dishes, pasta and fish.
