As seen on ITV's 'The Wine Show', after the quake of 2010 Garage Wine Co., began a bootstrapping project to get ploughmen farmers back on their feet working their age-old vines. This bottle contains grapes dry farmed from old vines, fermented with native yeasts, their caps punched down by hand, pressed manually, and barrel-aged for two winters.
