Robert Oatley Vineyards is known for its pioneering of the classic (adopted) Australian grape varieties, dewaing upon select growers of excellence across a diverse range of climatic regions. The winemaking team is led by the incredibly talented Larry Cherubino - one of the country's most awarded winemakers. This is their entry-level white, a rich and flavoursome Chardonnay showing vibrant stone fruits, fig and subtle citrus flavours balanced by toasty oak. Partner with creamy seafood dishes or roast chicken. Superb value.

VINEYARDS 

Containing some of the higher, cooler vineyard sites in the state, the Central Ranges is an important and recently designated wine-growing zone. It is sometimes better known for the regions it comprises: running north to south along the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range (and in descending order of size): Mudgee, Orange and Cowra.

Winemaking

The fermentation takes place partially in tanks and oak barrels, which enables the oak to play a supporting role without overpowering the delicate fruit character.
