Tasting Notes
Intense nose with citrus notes, some flint giving a mineral touch. In the mouth, marked but not aggressive acidity, with a note of minerality and once again with citrus notes that stand out.
Store and Serve Advices
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
